How much does Novteam cost for a care home of 45 people?
CHF 216.00 a month, every module included (45 × CHF 4.80). Above 50 people, we agree the price with you.
Are night and Sunday hours counted separately?
Yes. They show separately in the monthly variables sent to your fiduciary.
Does each unit have its own manager?
Yes. Each unit is a department with its manager, who only manages their own team. Management sees the whole home.
Can we keep residents’ care records in it?
No. Novteam manages your team, not residents’ health data: it doesn’t replace your care software.
