For years, I juggled one program for scheduling, another for hours, a spreadsheet for the finances and scattered notes for clients. The same information copied three times. And never a clear view of the whole.
I looked for software that brought it all together. It didn’t exist. So I got to work.
Novteam was born in early 2026, with my team, who use it every day. Every feature answers a real request: an employee who wants to see their schedule on their phone, a client waiting for an answer, or me, when I want to know at a glance whether the month is going well. And the app gets better every week.
My goal is simple: less time spent organising, more time for your clients and your team.
