Who sees it
Each company only sees its own.
Within the company, everyone only sees what concerns them: an employee sees their schedule, hours and file; a manager sees their team, according to the rights you give them. Salaries are only visible to the people you allow.
Signing in
A personal code, then Face ID.
Everyone receives their code by email. On their phone, they then sign in with Face ID or their fingerprint. Lost a device? You sign out of every device in one tap.
What you keep
All your data, in Excel, whenever you want.
You also set how long archives are kept (notes, reviews, interviews, tasks): 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 years. Sensitive actions are recorded in a log kept for one year.
The documents
It’s all in writing.
The privacy policy, the terms and the data processing agreement cover the rest, including what happens to the data when the subscription ends.
Frequently asked questions
Who is responsible for my team’s data?
Your company. Novteam processes it on your behalf, under the data processing agreement.
Can my employees see each other’s salaries?
No. Only the people you give that right can see salaries.
Is my employees’ location tracked?
No. If you turn on clock-in geolocation, the location is recorded at clock-in only, never continuously.
