The Novteam app, for the whole team.
Free on iPhone and Android, and in the computer’s browser. Everyone finds their schedule, leave, hours and team news there; the manager approves everything in one tap.

What everyone does in the app
Their schedule
The coming week, their shifts and the team’s. A change? A notification arrives right away.
Their leave and absences
A request in seconds, an up-to-date holiday balance, the manager’s answer in the app.
Their hours
Clock in on the phone or at a kiosk, and check the month’s hours before closing.
Instructions
Staff notices to read and confirm, today’s tasks, team polls.
Their file
Contract, documents to read and sign, interviews: it’s all in “My file”.
For the manager
Requests to approve, the week’s absences, the team and the finances: the same app, according to their rights.
Ready in three steps
Nothing to set up on the phone: access arrives ready by email.
The invitation arrives by email.
The manager adds the person in Novteam: they receive the email with the App Store and Google Play links.
“Activate my access”.
A button in the email, or the personal code entered in the app: no account to create.
Password, Face ID, notifications.
The person chooses a password, turns on Face ID or fingerprint, then notifications.
Questions about the app
Is the app free?
Yes: it downloads for free from the App Store and Google Play. The company pays the Novteam subscription, per active person; team members pay nothing.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The company adds each person; access arrives by email, with an activation link and a personal code.
Which phones are supported?
iPhones with iOS 15 or later, and Android phones with Google Play. On a computer or tablet, Novteam also opens in the browser.
What if someone has no phone?
They open Novteam on a computer and clock in at a kiosk: a tablet on site, with a personal code.
In which languages?
French, German, Italian, English and Spanish. Everyone chooses their own language, whatever the company’s.
Is the data protected?
People sign in with a personal password, Face ID or fingerprint, and each person only sees what their rights allow. The details are on the “Your data” page.
